Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Reversion is a cloud-based commercial real estate underwriting platform operated by Reversion Technologies LLC (“Reversion,” “we,” “us”). The platform enables users to upload property documents, extract lease and expense data using artificial intelligence, enter underwriting assumptions through a guided workflow, and generate institutional-quality multi-year cash flow projection in Excel format.

2. Account Creation and Access

Access to Reversion is by invitation only. Prospective users submit an access request, which is reviewed and approved at our discretion. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Credits and Billing

Reversion uses a credit-based pricing model. One credit entitles you to underwrite one property, including unlimited scenario re-runs on that property. Credits are available in the following packages:

• Single Credit: $500
• 5-Pack: $2,000 ($400 per credit)
• 10-Pack: $3,500 ($350 per credit)

Each credit includes one complimentary AI document extraction and two complimentary re-extractions. Additional extraction runs beyond the included re-extractions are billed at $50 per run, charged to the payment method on file. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes unused credits, partially used credit packs, and credits granted via promotional codes. Promotional credits are subject to the same usage terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Reversion only for lawful commercial real estate underwriting purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all documents you upload. You agree not to upload documents you do not have the right to process, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.

5. Data Handling

Documents you upload are processed by AI services to extract lease and financial data. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is scoped to your organization — other users cannot view your documents or reports. For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all documents you upload and all data you enter into Reversion. You also own the Excel reports and outputs generated from your data. Reversion Technologies LLC retains all rights to the platform software, including its cash flow engine, extraction pipeline, user interface, and all underlying technology.

7. Limitation of Liability

Reversion is a tool to assist with commercial real estate underwriting. It is not a substitute for professional underwriting judgment, legal advice, or financial counsel. The outputs produced by Reversion — including extracted data, cash flow projections, and Excel reports — are analytical tools, not investment recommendations or appraisals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reversion Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data (documents, reports, and account information) will be deleted within 30 days. Consistent with Section 3, all credit purchases are final — unused credits are not refundable upon termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on your account. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
